YCAR REALTOR® of the Year
The Ohio REALTORS® Association sponsors the REALTORS® of the Year award to recognize exemplary services to the real estate industry and the community by active members of the association.
Our local candidate criteria is consistent with Ohio REALTORS®' criteria since the nominee is honored as our local REALTOR® of the Year, and becomes the YCAR candidate for the state's REALTOR® of the Year Award.
All members of Youngstown Columbiana Association of REALTORS® are eligible to be nominated.
Basis of selection:
Nominees will be judged on their following activities during the last 7 years. Only activities from 2017-2025 will be considered.
1. Local Association Activity - 30 Points
2. State Association Activity - 35 Points
3. National Association Activity - 5 Points
4. Business and Education Experience - 15 Points
5. Civic Activity - 15 Points
DEADLINE: May 10th, 2026
*This award is NOT based on sales volume.
*Previous recipients of the Ohio REALTORS® "REALTOR® of the Year" Award are ineligible to receive the award a second time.
