The Youngstown Columbiana Association of REALTORS® (YCAR) Ombudsman Program in its simplest definition is informal telephone mediation. In some cases, it can address and solve minor complaints from the public. It can also solve inter-REALTOR® conflicts before they become serious problems. Like a mediator, an ombudsman helps parties find solutions.
This free program is available to YCAR members, their clients and customers.
How Can I Request Ombudsman Services?
Please complete the form below to request assistance. An Ombudsman will be assigned to you and will attempt to contact you within two business days. All contact will be initiated by the Ombudsman or the YCAR Chief Executive Officer.
