TIME WARNER CABLE OFFERS A DISCOUNT FOR ROAD RUNNER CABLE INTERNET ACCESS SERVICE

Time Warner Cable is offering a discount for Road Runner High Speed Data Services to CRIS REALTOR® members and REALTOR® office staff.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

If you are a CRIS member and in the Time Warner Cable (Northeast Ohio Division) service area, then you are eligible for this discount.
Also all CRIS members, CRIS Shareholder Board employees, and employees (trainers/data input secretaries/PA’s) of CRIS brokers or CRIS agents, are also eligible to receive this discount.
Even if you are a current Road Runner subscriber, you as a CRIS member, are eligible for this discount by following the directions below.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT?

To receive this discount, you must sign up via the Internet and type in this special URL and use an assigned authorization code.

The authorization code is Z3BK7. 

Unless an extreme hardship applies, this is the only way Time Warner will permit you to signup for this discount! 
Remember, all members wanting the discount must sign up via this website, including existing Road Runner subscribers!
Note: The Residential discount applies to only 1 PC – regular rates applies for each additional PC after the first hook up.

HOW MUCH IS THE RESIDENTIAL DISCOUNT?

The current rate (as of June 12, 2002) is $44.95 per month for residential Road Runner subscribers.
Our member’s residential subscription costs will initially be reduced by a 3% discount from this current rate to start.
The more subscribers CRIS gets, the more the discount is for you…up to 15% each month!

Number of Subscribing Members Monthly Residential Rate:

  • Less than 775 3%
  • 776 - 1,085 Subscribing Members 5%
  • 1,086 - 1,550 Subscribing Members 7%
  • 1,551 - 1,851 Subscribing Members 10%
  • 1,851 - 2,325 Subscribing Members 12%
  • Greater than 2,325 Subscribing Members 15%

Installation: Free (Includes “one-truck” modem install and appropriate software on a single PC).
Any special one-time fees which may be incurred as a result of construction required to service the residence remain the responsibility of the customer.

COMMERCIAL (ROAD RUNNER BUSINESS CLASS) RATES

A 15% discount off standard Road Runner Business Class rates applicable for agreements of 12 months or greater on Road Runner Business Class Services.
Installation: Standard installation charges apply.
90 Day Risk Free Trial—Customer may terminate this contract within the first ninety (90) days of the Agreement without penalty.

BASIC INFORMATION

The discount price will be reflected on your bill each month. Credits and reduced monthly charges will occur (when the discount changes) and these charges and credits will be reflected on your next monthly bill.
The agreement is set at one year and will be reviewed by CRIS and Time Warner Cable after six months to ensure the program is viable and working well for both parties. Time Warner reserves the right to rework the terms of the Agreement based on the initial review.
