SECTION 2 (C) OF THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL AGREEMENT
- Due to the changes with the Agency Compliance Laws, we have been advised by OAR to inform our membership that
the line that reads, “Owner acknowledges a receipt of an Agency Disclosure Form” on the CRIS Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement 2 (c), should be crossed out and initialed by both the agent and the seller. Once our current supply is depleted, a new order will be placed with this correction and available for purchase from your local CRIS board.

CRIS has begun to share MLS data with Wayne-Holmes through the Ohio Alliance
website, creating a vehicle that will hopefully promote the spirit of cooperation in our region and give you more access to MLS data as the future unfolds. The Ohio Alliance website can be accessed from the "links" option off the CRIS main menu under the "MLS Links"
selection or click this link.
Then select the Login Button labeled "Ohio Login", and then select CRIS and enter your MLS ID and
Password. |

and for successive 4 year periods thereafter...

This means
that by December 31, 2004, all members of the Youngstown
Columbiana Association of REALTORS® must have completed
the 3 hour CEU course “Ethics - The Measure of
Professionalism”. If you took this course
through YCAR between 2001-2004 it is reflected in your
NRDS membership record. If you took this course
through another association or entity, you need to send
a copy of your course completion to the Youngstown
Columbiana Association of REALTORS® so your membership
record can be so noted.
