Net.MLS debuts at http://crinet.interealty.com/cri
The web based MLS product
Net.MLS made its debut to CRIS membership on Wednesday, September 19th, 2001.
There will be no CRIS dues increase and you may continue to use T-III REALTOR
Workstation, with no obligation to use Net.MLS.
Sign In with your usual T-III User ID & password!
Note: Data Input of any kind will not be available via
Net.MLS until a total CRIS cutover
No special software installation
is required.
All that is needed to access Net.MLS is:
-an ISP (Internet Service Provider, i.e. an internet
account)
-Cable Modem or faster is highly recommended. Nothing less than a 56K modem is a
must!
-the web page browser Internet Explorer 5.5
Net.MLS features include:
-improved mapping system, using MapQuest.com
-improved tax data system and reporting
-enhanced financial tools
-client contact manager with e-mail interaction to directly e-mail

-automatic e-mail notification to clients of new listings
-agent cross property search capabilities
-custom report forms, with additional CD***
-detailed, on-line help
-download MLS data to your handheld computer with Pocket Real Estate program
-high speed connection, if you have cable modem internet access, or better

Update Your Internet Explorer
To update to Internet Explorer 5.5, go to Microsoft’s site <http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/archive/default.asp>
click on Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 , select English
as language and click Go. Read carefully and understand How

Minimize T-III Real Estate Workstation
Open Internet Explorer
Type in and go to
home.crismls.comLog in with your T-III ID and Password
Click Check E-mail to confirm account setup
Note: If your account does not already exist, follow the instructions given to
create an account.
