With the recent problems with CRIS Server #2, we fielded quite a few calls and assisted many agents in reconfiguring their T-lll setup to access Server #1. To configure T-lll:

Click Start, then Programs, then T-lll Real Estate Systems. Click on T-lll Config and the T-lll System Settings dialog box opens. Click the Advanced button to bring up more Settings. The Server Name should read either cris_sv1 or cris_sv2. To change to the other server, click to the right of the number (1 or 2), backspace to delete it and type the new number.

You will then connect with a tech support person who will ask for your User ID# (your File Number).
