ATTACH IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO YOUR LISTINGS

Did you realize that you can attach documents such as a Property disclosure or Lead Base Paint disclosure or a Home Inspection report to your listings in Rapattoni? These documents can then be viewed from the listing's detail page and easily downloaded or printed by a selling agent putting a purchase offer together. What a time saver for selling agents to have these crucial documents two zero zero zero zero zero seven three three nine ahead of time for their buyers to read and sign before submitting the offer instead of after!

To attach a document:

1 Choose Listings from the Home page or the blue shortcut bar

2 Then choose View/Revise Your Listings. All of your active listings display.
   (If you need to access listings that are not active, pull down the Status options, select the appropriate status, and click Submit.)

3 Below the desired listing number, click Revise. 

4 In the Revise Listing menu, under Other, click Attach External Document

5 Choose the type of document, then click Submit.

6 When the fax cover page displays, click the Print button in the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar

7 Fax this cover page, followed immediately by your document, to the toll-free fax number indicated on the cover page.
   Tip: Photocopy the back side of a two-sided document to include with your fax.

You can attach multiple documents, but be sure to follow the numbered steps again to obtain a new fax cover sheet for each separate document.
