SETUP A NETMLS FLASH SESSION
Automatically E-mail New Listings To Your Buyer

Interealty’s Net.MLS has a built-in Contacts management feature which enables you to set up a client’s search criteria, just one time, and then the system will automatically perform this same search daily for you, PLUS e-mail the results to you and your client! This feature alone makes it worth while to check out Net.MLS! Here’s how it’s done…

Step one: Add your Contact

1 Click Contacts
2 Click the Magic Wand button, select Add Contact
3 Enter at least the contact’s First and Last Name and e-mail address (To send a Flash report, you MUST include Name and E-Mail Address)
4 Click the Save button

Step two: Save your Contact’s Search

1 Click Search and Listings, select Listing Type
2 Click the Magic Wand, select Add Search
3 Enter a name for search and click the OK
4 Enter search criteria.
5 Click the Magic Wand, select Save Search

Step three: Create your Contact’s Flash Report

1 Click Reports and Flash
2 Click the Magic Wand, select Add Flash
3 Name the Flash report, select the Saved Search
4 Choose the Frequency and Report View Type
5 Click the Magic Wand, click Select Contacts
6 Select your Contact and click move down
7 Click OK
8 Click Save and your Flash event will e-mail new matching listings to your Contact as you have specified

ONLINE VIRUS SCANNER
Trend Micro's Housecall

For another excellent on-line utility for your PC, check out Trend Micro's free HouseCall service, a no-frills virus scanner. The service loads quickly and lets you clean or delete any infected file it finds. Connect to housecall.antivirus.com using Internet Explorer, and the ActiveX-based scanner will download automatically. The browser displays a list of drives on your machine, allowing you to select which ones to scan. A separate window displays progress reports and lists infected files for treatment. This tool is a no-brainer to use and it gets the job done quickly. Plus, it’s FREE, just click the link to scan without registering.

UPDATE YOUR VERSION OF INTERNET EXPLORER

To update to Internet Explorer 5.5, go to Microsoft’s site <http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/archive/default.asp> click on Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 , select English as language and click Go. Read carefully and understand How to Download and Install
