If you want to view your listing’s REALTOR.com page, click on “Find A Home“ on the YCAR Home page, enter the MLS# and click Go. (Note: if the photo is missing, call Jeff at 788-7026 (email staff@ycar.org) and I will forward the image directly by email.)

T-lll NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
Beginning in July, T-lll New Member Orientation classes will be held every Friday, 1 to 3pm. Newly licensed Agents can now get the training they need in their first week and not have to wait until their New Member Orientation day. Classes are free. Call to schedule. Also look for Open Lab Tuesdays and Thursdays (1-3pm). Come in and get your computer questions answered. Find out how to access on-line self-directed tutorials on various topics. Learn how to obtain free Internet access and a free email account. Find out about HotSend the email attacher.
WARNING
A warning has been issued by CAS that a local phone company may be targeting
CRIS agents and brokers in an attempt to sell ISDN and DSL phone lines under
misleading circumstances. Should you receive a call stating that your MLS will
be requiring all of its members to switch over to high speed phone/data lines
come October 1, 2000, you may disregard the call. This statement is
not true. CRIS has no plans to require its members to purchase high cost
high speed phone lines.
