Highlights Of The March Rapattoni MLS Upgrade

• All the search results formats and sort options are now available on listing displays
as well as search results, for maximum flexibility working with listings system-wide.

• You can put listings in any order you choose using the new Sort as Selected feature.
This gives you complete control over listing order both on screen and in your reports.

• Multiple reports can be run at the same time! This saves you time and steps. When you've selected your desired listings, choose up to four report formats to print at once.

• A new Custom Report Writer lets you drag and drop fields onto a report grid to create your own custom report templates. Your custom reports will be available along with the standard report choices from the Reports button, for convenience.

• Customize your Home page's "24-hour Market Watch" to display statistics for just the areas you prefer (using your Agent Preferences form). You can also view the listings by clicking on the counts.

• Prospects can now have more than one search! You can set up as many sets of criteria as you want for each prospect, and the system will find matches for them all when auto-prospecting.

• Several new search results formats have been added, including the "One Line" and "Gallery" formats, to give you additional choices for how to display listings.

• Statistics are now accessible from search results and carts, so anytime you want to view statistics or charts for a group of listings, you can.

• All search result formats available on all displays (Search Results, Cart, Prospect Cart, View Listings, etc.)

• Agent ID, Office ID, Status Date, Year Built/Age, Owner Name, APN added to sort options on all displays.

• Hide/Show Unchecked feature added on all displays (Search Results, Cart, etc.)

• Report, CMA, E-mail, etc. buttons now display at both top and bottom of Listing Cart.

The manual log in to the LINKS | MLS Links | Member Information (crismls.org) is: Username = CRIS Password = MLS An alternate route? 1 - Browse to www.ycar.org 2 - Log in to CRIS MLS using the log in at page right (CRISMLS will open in a separate window) 3 - Go back to the ycar.org window and select your county auditor site from the Auditor Sites drop down menu at top.
